Porcelain insulators: The porcelain body is bonded to hardware fittings using Por-Rok anchoring cement manufactured by CGM INC from the USA. This high-quality cement offers rapid solidification, high mechanical strength, low expansion coefficient and superior weather resistance.

Polymer insulators: Hardware fittings are crimped onto fiberglass rods, with the housing and sheds made from high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. The one-piece injection molding process ensures excellent sealing performance and superior tracking and erosion resistance.

All ferrous components undergo hot-dip galvanizing with a zinc coating thickness exceeding 86μm, providing excellent corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor use.
