For polymer insulator models, fittings are crimped onto a fiberglass rod, with one-piece injection-molded high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber housing, delivering excellent sealing and tracking resistance. All ferrous parts are hot dip galvanized with a zinc coating exceeding 86μm, for superior corrosion resistance in coastal, high-altitude and high-ultraviolet environments.
The single vent design ensures downward and outward exhaust during interruption, preventing rainwater intrusion and improving interrupting capacity. All copper cast parts are made of bronze or brass, with silver-plated convex contact surfaces to reduce contact resistance and guarantee exceptional conductivity. High-strength memory copper alloy sheets ensure stable contact, while the arc-shortening copper rod further enhances short-circuit interruption capacity. Loadbreak models feature a special reinforced nylon arc chamber, with excellent anti-aging and flame retardant properties for reliable load breaking.
