Our 11kV high voltage fuse cutout is built for long-term outdoor operation. For porcelain insulators, we use USA-made CGM INC por-rok anchoring cement for bonding, delivering rapid curing, high mechanical strength and superior weather aging resistance. For polymer insulators, one-piece injection molded high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber ensures excellent sealing, tracking and erosion resistance. All ferrous components feature hot-dip galvanizing with a zinc coating exceeding 86μm, providing exceptional corrosion protection for harsh environments.
The single-vent design enables downward and outward exhaust during fault interruption, preventing rainwater intrusion, avoiding damage to upstream lines from discharged gas, and significantly improving interrupting capacity. An integrated arc-shortening copper rod further enhances short-circuit fault handling capability, ensuring reliable fault clearing without collateral equipment damage.
All copper cast components are made of high-grade bronze or brass, with silver-plated contact surfaces featuring a convex design to minimize contact resistance and maintain consistent conductivity. High-strength memory copper alloy sheets ensure seamless contact with the lower terminal, even during fuse element dropout, eliminating power interruptions and contact failure risks.
This standard fuse cutout is ideal for a wide range of power distribution scenarios, including primary side short-circuit protection for 10kV–38kV distribution transformers, overcurrent protection for overhead distribution line branch circuits, protection and switching control for capacitor banks, line sectionalizing for urban and rural grid maintenance, and backup protection for secondary distribution equipment in industrial parks.
