Zhejiang Haivo Electrical Co., Ltd., a leading high-tech manufacturer and global supplier of power transmission and distribution equipment, today announced that it has successfully won a competitive international tender issued by Uruguay's state-owned power company, UTE (Administración Nacional de Usinas y Trasmisiones Eléctricas). The tender, for the supply of medium-voltage drop-out fuses for distribution networks, represents a significant breakthrough for Haivo in the Latin American power infrastructure market.


The tender — Tender No. Y103663 / Date: March 10, 2026 — was awarded for the supply of medium-voltage drop-out fuses designed for distribution network applications. This significant order underscores the confidence that UTE and the Uruguayan power sector have placed in Haivo's technological capabilities, product reliability, and commitment to international quality standards.
